SJL series spiral ribbon type double shaft continuous mixer

The mixer is horizontal mixer, adopts the reverse screw with mixing form inside and outside, outside screw push, inside the screw to send back, increase the retention period of material in a blender, full of material cut, grinding, mixing, suitable for a higher concentration of slurry, paste material uniform mixing, and can significantly improve the material blend, the activation effect.

PERFORMANCE FEATURES:       

l  The effect of mixing buffer is good: the machine adopts internal and external reverse spiral ribbon stirrer. fully consider the two on the stirring shaft arrangement of cross helical motion trajectory of overlap, stirring the screw design, shape, structure, selection of the relative movement and the phase velocity, can ensure that two sets of spiral non-interference in each other, and choose the synchronous movement of cross, spiral design in the movement, can make the material adequately between spiral cutting, grinding, mixing and reflux and mixing complex such as homogenization effect;  

l  Better shaft end sealing: the self-developed sealing structure of CCEPT has longer service life and is easy to replace;           

l  Constant stirring liquid level: backfilling by gravity is unnecessary to set level gauge and pipe clamp valve;
