SJY series paddle blade continuous mixer

The mixer is horizontal mixer, evenly on the stirring shaft setting dozens of mixing blades, and is mainly used for a variety of materials of premixed and preliminary stirring, compared to the high concentrations of vertical mixing barrel, the blender mixing blade contact point, mechanical strength, suitable for a higher concentration of slurry, paste material and uniform mixing of coarse aggregate, on the basis of the aggregate particle size and different concentration of material, can be used alone, also can with spiral belt type biaxial continuous mixer or high concentrations of vertical mixing barrel, eventually make full mixing of the material.  

PERFORMANCE FEATURES:           

l  It is more suitable for high concentration materials: the combined blade agitator is used to shear, rub, break and strongly stir the materials. At the same time, the materials are repeatedly stirred again through the backflow of the blade gap in the process of moving forward; the different materials, materials and water are evenly and permeated with each other, which is more suitable for the working condition of high concentration materials, especially paste materials or adding coarse aggregate;            

l  Combined blade: the blade is non welded, easy to replace and maintain; the blade is cast, with excellent wear resistance and long service life;           

l  Better shaft end sealing: the self-developed sealing structure of CCEPT has longer service life and is easy to replace;           

l  Constant stirring liquid level: backfilling by gravity is unnecessary to set level gauge and pipe clamp valve;
