JTG series high concentration stirring drum

Different from the drum for ore dressing, the drum is more suitable for full mixing of high concentration materials.

PERFORMANCE FEATURES:

l  Full mixing: the integral structure, transmission and mixing system of the barrel body is designed and arranged rationally. Under the action of the double-layer impeller, the material moves along the rotating direction of the impeller, and the mixing barrel is inclined to feed from the outer edge of the impeller to ensure that the material falls into the high-speed movement area. The upper impeller cuts and presses the material at high speed. The lower impeller uses a patented composite rotor to make the mixed material be cut again at high speed. The upper and lower impeller rotate in the opposite direction, so that the internal material can form a uniform slurry body under multiple disturbances. Meanwhile, the spoiler is set in the barrel to prevent vortex flow in the mixing center, and make the liquid surface in the Fishscale wave shape, so as to ensure the full mixing of the material;

Anti silting design: the convex spherical structure at the bottom of the barrel is designed reasonably, and the guide plate is set in the barrel to effectively avoid sediment deposition;

Long service life of impeller: the impeller is Archimedes curve shape, which is made of wear-resistant materials. The structure is strengthened and the service life is extended, which greatly saves the cost of operation and maintenance;

Constant level discharge device;

Optional compound feeding device;

Optional impurity removal device: according to the material situation, pre dispersion and impurity removal device can be setted in the mixing drum.
