CFC series micro powder scale

CFC series powder scales are integrated powder material conveying, weighing metering and dosing control, and the electromechanical integration product is suitable for continuous metering and batching control of various powder materials such as cement, cement powder, fly ash, etc.

powder scale is composed of sealing gate, steady flow feeding device and metering device and an electric control system.

PERFORMANCE FEATURES:

l  Feeding stability: after assembling and welding, the steady flow feeding device is processed by means of heat treatment and inner cavity boring. According to the different fluid characteristics of powder, different sealing structures are adopted. It has the functions of steady flow, locking and anti arching, which can ensure continuous feeding of materials.      

l  Metering standard: the overall structure of the metering device is designed reasonably, the fulcrum structure is sensitive and has a strong range of adaptability, the lifting point position is designed accurately, and the sensor hanging device is sensitive; the metering device and the steady flow feeding device are both frequency conversion synchronous speed regulation, the material filling is more stable, the weight signal is true and the linearity is good; the CFCK high-precision self-developed instrument is adopted;

l  No blocking: appropriate discharge outlet shall be configured to increase the blanking cross-sectional area as much as possible; the steady flow feeding device can reduce the blocking probability and completely eliminate the embarrassment of manual hammering on the discharge outlet.
