CZC series rotor scale

CZC series rotor scale adopts ring balance rotor weighing structure. The system is composed of sealed gate, steady flow feeding device, rotor scale body and electric control system, with modular design and simple maintenance. The scale body is composed of disc, rotor, transmission mechanism, fulcrum, weighing sensor, speed measuring sensor, weighing frame, inlet and outlet, etc. it is suitable for continuous measurement and batching control of various powder materials, and has higher measurement accuracy compared with the micro powder scale.     

PERFORMANCE FEATURES:          

l  Feeding stability: after assembling and welding, the steady flow feeding device is processed by means of heat treatment and inner cavity boring. According to the different fluid characteristics of powder, different sealing structures are adopted. It has the functions of steady flow, locking and anti arching, which can ensure continuous feeding of materials.     

l  Higher measurement accuracy: the ring balance type weighing structure is adopted, the sensor is directly stressed, the lever and counterweight structure are saved, and the sensitivity and measurement accuracy are higher. The feeding and discharging ports are located on both sides of the axis to eliminate the impact of the materials. The zero point of the scale body is stable and the long-term continuous operation reliability is high;           

l  Large flow :it is more suitable for large flow powder measurement，It is more suitable for the condition of high flow powder metering and batching control precision; the volume metering of steady flow feeding device is more matching with the volume metering of rotor scale, especially the metering is more linear when the output is adjusted by different proportion, which is the development trend of powder metering industry.
