CDF series multi shaft composite mixer

CDF series multi axis compound mixer is a multi-purpose mixer specially developed by CCEPT for the mine filling industry. The mixer adopts multi axis vertical mixing, which is divided into three areas: premixing, full mixing and high-speed activation through different blade design and different speed settings. At the same time, special discharging mode is adopted to ensure the material level of the mixer is constant and backfilling by gravity is unnecessary to set level gauge and pipe clamp valve.           

Compared with the horizontal mixer commonly used in the previous backfilling projects, it completely avoids the industry problem of leakage of slurry at the shaft end of the horizontal mixer, and the high-speed vertical shaft mixing device can ensure mixing uniformity and full activation. The single-stage CDF multi shaft compound mixer can replace the previous two-stage horizontal mixer, greatly saving investment in civil engineering and equipment, has convenient maintenance and higher reliability.

PERFORMANCE FEATURES:           

More sufficient agitation activation: three vertical axis structure designs, using specially designed mixing blades and different rotating speeds, forming pre mixing section, mixing section and high-speed activation section respectively from the feed end to the discharge end;           

Replace two-stage horizontal mixer: under most working conditions, single-stage CDF mixer can replace two-stage horizontal mixer, saving equipment and infrastructure investment;           

Constant stirring liquid level: backfilling by gravity is unnecessary to set level gauge and pipe clamp valve;           

Wide adaptability: suitable for most materials such as paste and paste-like;           

Reliability and durability rate: compared with the horizontal mixer, there is no leakage failure at the shaft end, and the equipment maintenance is very low,is reliable and durable.
